I worked for Shiseido for more than 20 years. I was extensively involved in the development of human Cell Line Activation Test (h-CLAT: OECD TG442E). I have been in charge of Japanese Center for Validation of Alternative Methods (JaCVAM) since 2021. I am author of more than 50 scientific papers regarding cosmetic safety and alternative test development.
