ICCS Announces Claire Fletcher, Is Joining ICCS as Program Manager

Claire Fletcher, Program Manager

ICCS is pleased to announce that Claire Fletcher is joining as Program Manager. In this new role, she will support regulatory engagement efforts as well as the organization’s education initiatives.

Claire joins ICCS from Avon, where she held the position of global ingredient compliance and coordination manager. In that role she helped ensure operational stability through the establishment of key performance indicators. She also supported projects related to evolving cosmetics safety legislation. In addition, she oversaw the approval and launch of all new ingredients.


Earlier in her career she was the director of sustainable business programs at Cruelty Free International (CFI). While at CFI she developed and implemented the strategy and objectives for overseeing the transformation of the Leaping Bunny Program and managed its operations.


She has held various roles relevant to the ICCS mission, including serving as an animal science lecturer.
