Environmental NGRA:  Framework and Case Studies for Environmental Safety Assessments of Cosmetic Ingredients

Objective

  1. Develop a framework recommendation for the application of non-animal new approach methodologies (NAMs) and next-generation risk assessment (NGRA) in a multi-disciplinary setting across environmental safety decision applications.
  2. Scope and gather evidence on chemical case studies to stress-test a joint framework in subsequent phases of this project.
  3. Build confidence and experience with the current set of assessment tools available.
