Objectives

  1. To examine the existing body of evidence for different botanical thresholds and establish consensus or identify further work that is needed to do so.
  2. To develop a guided framework to apply thresholds to botanical mixtures, analogous to that of Kroes et al 2004, which is currently known as the TTC tree (Kroes et al. 2004).
  3. To scope case studies suitable for illustrating application of the framework and evaluating its reliability to build confidence in proposed TTCs using biological and chemical data.
