Systemic Toxicity:  Biological Space Coverage Mapping of Toxicological Targets

Objective

Building upon the systemic toxicity knowledgebase developed in our initial work, this follow-up project aims to enhance and validate the database through comprehensive data expansion, expert validation, and mechanistic integration. Building upon the successful initial database creation, this initiative will achieve biological space coverage mapping and NAMs integration through the following stages: validation with use cases, Expand to the remaining 50% papers, Expert-based validation, Data mining, Biological space coverage modeling and validation, data-driven mechanistic targets prioritization and categorization
