Internal Exposure:  Inhalation TTC (Threshold of Toxicological Concern) Project, Led by Inhalation Expert Team (ET Inh)

This project will define threshold values for airborne compounds below which inhalation exposure is of low to negligible risk to human health and are predictive of lifetime exposures. The main purpose of this collaboration is to combine the inhalation exposure datasets and harmonize the data to enhance the existing TTC approaches by:

1. Constructing the Combined Inhalation TTC Dataset
2. Defining the appropriate chemical discrimination approach based on toxicity potency
3. Management, Dissemination and Regulatory Acceptance of the developed model
